These Terms govern access to Lemnis Market. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Trading Risk Disclosure.

Service scope

Lemnis provides general market insights, trading-market insight information, educational commentary, service updates, and performance reports. Lemnis is not your broker, dealer, exchange, investment manager, custodian, fiduciary, or personal financial adviser. We do not hold client funds or execute trades for users. You decide whether, when, and how to trade.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use trading-related information in your jurisdiction. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. One account is for the registered user and may not be resold, shared, scraped, republished, or used to operate a competing market insight service.

Market Insights and availability

A market insight may include an instrument, direction, entry area, risk level, targets, status, commentary, or report. Markets can move before a user receives or acts on information, so a quoted level or result may not be achievable. Market Insights may be updated, corrected, delayed, cancelled, or closed. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a minimum number of market insights, or any financial outcome.

Plans and payments

Prices, billing periods, included features, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. You authorise the displayed charge and any clearly disclosed recurring renewal. Taxes, conversion costs, spreads, commissions, financing, and broker fees may apply separately. Cancellation and refund rules are stated in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

The platform, brand, research format, text, graphics, software, and original reports are protected materials. A subscription grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable right for personal use during the plan term. Do not bypass controls, attack the service, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, or use the service unlawfully.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or close access for non-payment, fraud, security risk, abusive conduct, prohibited redistribution, or material breach. You may stop using the service and cancel future renewals. Terms that by nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual-property rights, disclaimers, and liability limits—remain effective.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lemnis disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, broker execution, market gaps, third-party outages, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability may be limited, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid Lemnis for the affected service during the preceding three months.

Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update features or these Terms, with material changes published through the service. These Terms are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
